    This job consists of managing property operations, security of property, facilities maintenance and demonstrates supervisory role. Maintains a work order system, preventative maintenance program, and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment. Being able to keep the communication lines open between the Site and Property Manager.

    Skills and competencies

    • Knowledge in the field for more than 3 years.
    • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair/maintenance.
    • Administrative tasks include supervision of maintenance technicians and janitors.
    • Problems resolving.

  • Job Description

    The job consists of working as member of a crew and independently on a wide range of construction projects. Applicants must have a strong understanding and background in the trades.

    Skills and competencies

    • Knowledge in the field for more than 2 years with own basic tools and van preferrably
    • Knowledge of using power tools and hand tools
    • Ability to work independently or in a team with minimum supervision
    • Willing to travel within GTA

    The custodian is responsible for performing custodial duties minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure the municipal building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Applicant must have knowledge of cleaning in buildings or office and can work independently.

  • Job Description

    This job consists of painting for buildings, apartments units, and light fixtures with a brush, roller, or a spray gun. The work involves individual skilled performance in accordance with standard trade practices.

    • Knowledge of using spray painting equipment conventional and airless
    • Teamwork – ability to work in a team environment with minimum of supervision.

    • Physical environments: Various temperature, exposures to fumes, chemicals, and solvents, dirt and dust. Working on ladders and scaffolding
